Elopements

Elopements are available Monday-Thursday only. However, if a weekend date is available 30 days prior, please contact us to confirm availability.

Outdoor elopement

  • $250 per hour 
  • No indoor access 
  • Tables and chairs not included
 
Indoor and/or Outdoor elopement
  • $1500 for 6 hours
  • $250 per additional hour 
  • Up to 75 guests
  • Includes set up of tables and chairs (indoor only)

Events
 

Saturday - 15 hr rental is $4,000

Friday and Sunday- 15 hr rental is $3,500

Monday through Thursday - 15 hr rental is $3,000

Monday through Thursday - $250/hour (minimum of 6 hours)

Coordination Services

- Details meeting one month prior to wedding day.

- Unlimited meetings, texts, and emails 1 month prior to wedding day.

- Attendance at final walk through meeting at your venue.

- Communication with vendors beginning 1 month prior to wedding day.

- Wedding day timeline construction.

- Concise wedding day timeline for your family and wedding party.

- 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination and management.

- Set up and tear down of personal items for ceremony and reception (i.e. cake cutter, picture frames, guest book).

- Emergency kit.

- Load personal items into vehicle of your choice.

- Lead coordinator on your wedding day Wedding day management of timeline (8 hours).
